Over the past 25 years people who have been on Results Weight Loss, aren’t silly. They know what to eat, when to eat it, how much to eat etc. They know the difference between good and bad foods,but most of them have no discipline, no control, are very depressed about themselves and need someone to motivate and guide them through the first few months. Most need accountability. I structure the program for each client. I see clients on a one to one basis, and give every client delicious recipes that they can make at home and enjoy as if they were going to restaurants. The foods are simple, everyday foods. We talk about a sustainable exercise program which helps the body and mind in the journey of weight loss. What you start doing, you should be able to keep doing indefinitely through your whole life. It’s a lifestyle.
Results Weight Loss send a weekly email to all clients regarding different aspects of weight loss and different ways of tackling weight loss.
Clients love these emails, they get a lot from them, especially in between visits. They are highly motivating emails that get you to sit up and think about what you’re doing. The feed back on these emails are wonderful, clients don’t want me to stop sending them.

All my clients know how to lose weight long before they come here. Handing out my recipes and program via Internet or post won’t be enough, it’s meeting me, seeing me in person, getting weighed, measured and regular body fat test and motivating you so that you must lose weight. I encourage weight loss to happen as quickly as possible. My theory is this: if it takes too long, you won’t finish the job. So get it off quick and commence the maintenance program.
People cheat on their own, they fail and think they will start again another day, perhaps next Monday or the one after. But when reporting to a highly motivated, no nonsense person, your results will be outstanding. You’ll surprise yourself with your good results. I know, I’ve seen it so many times. People losing 100 or more kilos is nothing new to me.
